All Declined/NSF and or contested payments are subject to a $25 Fee. Please note, all transactions are processed by Worldline/Bamborra. Any charge associated with NEGC will not be listed as NEGC on your statements but will be listed as Worldline/Bamborra.
NEGC Camp Cancellation
NEGC requires a minimum of one week prior to the start of a camp for refund. All refund requests must be emailed to negc@telus.net and are subject to a $12 admin fee. If a refund is requested after the first class but before the start of the second day, NEGC will apply a credit for the remaining classes to the account holder. If a withdrawal/cancellation request is due to injury, a doctor’s note is required to be submitted via email to negc@telus.net in order to receive a refund/credit.
- Service Fees are non refundable.
- NEGC does not provide make-up classes.
- All class transfers are subject to a $12 admin fee.
