IT’S PARTY TIME

At NEGC, our parties are designed to help children of all ages find fun in fitness, fall in love with the sport that is our passion, and, most importantly, leave with a SMILE!!!!

WHAT TO EXPECT

The first 60 minutes of your party will be in the gym with a trained gymnastics coach. This will be a structured time where a NEGC coach will lead your party through fun games and explore movement on various gymnastics apparatuses. The second half of your party is parent supervised and will take place in our multi-purpose room. This is where your fun will continue, and you will have the opportunity to eat, open gifts, etc.  The room will be available 15 minutes before the start of your party so you can set up and decorate!!!  Removal of any decorations as well as a tidy room, including cleared tables and garbage placed in the appropriate bins, must be completed by the end of the scheduled party time.  Cleaning/disinfecting will be completed by NEGC staff. 

HOW MAY GUESTS

We at NEGC value fun, fitness, and SAFETY!!! Because of this, we require the party to have a maximum of 12 party guests. If any of the guests in the gym portion of the party are under 3.5 years, a parent or guardian must always be with that child. This parent will not be included in the number of party guests.

Younger siblings in a child carrier of any kind, car seats or stroller or being carried are NOT allowed on the gym floor.  Children in carseats and or strollers must NOT be left unattended.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund less the service fees a $12 admin fee is available if the party is canceled a minimum of 30 days before the scheduled party date.   All refund requests must be submitted via email to negc@telus.net.  

Service Fees are non-refundable
